"Hollywood Resident Gets Away to Hollywood Beach"
I'm a Hollywood resident but I needed to get away to Hollywood Beach for the night. I've seen the "Hollywood Beach Hotels" before and noticed that the premises were always clean. I saw they were offering a good deal so I decided to give them a try. The Hotel is old like so many on Hollywood Beach but CLEAN. TIM (night staff) was very nice and quickly made some needed adjustments to my room. The hotel may need some upgrades but the staff made up for it. I will stay with them in the future.
"Nice room for the money"
Small room, but clean and good location. The bed was comfy and nice big towels. The night manager was nice and friendly and always helpful.

I grew up in South Florida and after 25 years in New York, my new husband and I decided to move back to "my home." I suggested that we stay in Hollywood Beach until we find a residence. He got here and was unimpressed at first--until #1 He saw the hotel room--beautiful, #2 He saw the Boardwalk, #3 He saw the ocean, #4 He saw the intercoastal, #5 Got to know how friendly the people are here, especially the hotel staff, #6 Took a water taxi ride up through the intercoastal for the most romantic date he has ever had with his wife. And that was the end of the story. We actually live at one of the Hotels now (there are 6.) We have no plans on moving anytime soon. I understand that some want room service and such, but why? When you can walk out your door and have cocktails and great food by the crashing waves?
"Very Pleasant Stay"
My wife and I spent three days and had a typical shore experience. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and affordable. Will certainly try to stay again.
"Hollywood Beach Find...Great Little Get Away"
My wife and Black Labrador just stayed at the Swan, Large Efficiency/ King Bed, we had a great time, We went to the Flicker Lite for Pizza one night and got some Gyros on the beach another night. I think this Hotel is a great find (Named Capri Apts) It's on the Corner of Cleveland and N. Ocean Dr. the pool was right outside our door and the beach was 5 minute walk away. The price was right, the room was clean, I could not of asked for anything more.

"Nice hotel with a clean pool next to beach"
I spent wonderful time with my family. Efficiency was clean with two beds and a sleeper sofa. Staff was very nice. They had free cocktails and pina coladas. Pool was great. I would definitely come back and recommend to all of my friends.

This place was great. I stayed at the large suite, one door leading to a yard and another to the beach. I could see ocean from my window. Steal deal for its price.

The customer services was great and the room was very clean.
"Surprising"
For the amount I paid, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a studio and was upgraded to a much larger room with a kitchen, living room, sofa bed, etc. There are 2 barbecues available near the pool. It is steps away from the beach and in a pretty quiet neighborhood.
